Lennox is a peerless spelunker of undercities, middens, tels, and assorted dungeons. Not blessed with outstanding nightvision he's devised clever circumventions, even turning reliance on darkvision against it's bearers. There's little he hates as much as would-be champions losing their lives to rookie mistakes, so he goes to lengths to mentor goal-aligned travelers. Under his tutelage beginners find that a few seeming innocuous preparations become cascading advantages. Even just when resting: encamp on high ground, keep your back to the fire, sleep either above or below the earth, have a passive means of alarm. Little of this expertise was not hard-won by experience. Lennox will implore any career adventurer to learn at least one uncommon language to obscure one's motives outside friendly territory.
Known to sometimes set up temporary shops in lucrative dungeons or perilous routes with a paucity of services. Most of his concerns might seem grounded and worldly as he does not advertise his esoteric bent, with a mind ever keyed to threats or intrigues beyond the mundane.
