White scaled Kobald with purple tattered robes. Gold eyes and has wings. Carries a staff, a small pack, and an immaculate and sturdy fishbowl with a Pirahna inside it. He is often found in taverns with a cloak pulled up, shuffling a deck of Harrow Cards and laying them out near the fishbowl which acts an impromptu crystal ball....with a vicious fish inside. He talks with a hiss and has a raspy voice, which is a disguise. He appears crazy or mysterious, tells fortunes in weirdly interpreted ways, and for some creepy reason to both his patrons and himself...seem to come true even though he thinks he's spouting bullshit, making it weirder every time. Whilst he talks and acts like this he actually has a normal voice that he has from his former life but hides it as his mysterious patron commands. He is a kind soul and will help any who ask and even though fate has been cruel with his new appearance he tries his hardest to be someone others can count on. His cost for a Harrowing is five silver and a piece of meat or jerky to feed Munchies.
